Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Free from stains, scents, damage, or signs of wear

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Josie Meir is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Worn, washed, used, or damaged items

  • Items with stains, scents, makeup marks, or signs of wear

  • Items returned without approval

  • Custom or personalized items, if offered

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will let you know whether a replacement, reprint, refund, or store credit is available.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size or item, you may request a return if your item meets the return requirements. Once approved, you can place a new order for the correct item.
