At Josie Meir, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Please review our return and refund policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
In their original condition
Free from stains, scents, damage, or signs of wear

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items marked as final sale
Items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged
Items returned without approval
Items with stains, scents, makeup marks, or signs of wear
Custom or personalized items, if offered

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at josie.meir@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your full name
Order number
A clear description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will let you know whether a replacement, reprint, refund, or store credit is available.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you need a different size or item, you may request a return if your item meets the return requirements. Once approved, you can place a new order for the correct item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our part.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, Josie Meir is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
